Low Carb, Gluten Free Brownies!

I don't know about you, but even if you don't have diabetes or celiac, finding a yummy healthy snack can be a challenge...so I thought at least.
BUT, I recently discovered a sugar that is all those things...Check it out!
In a bowl combine:
2 Whisked Eggs
1/3 cup Melted Organic Coconut Oil
3 tbsp Water
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Almond Flour
1/3 cup Organic Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2/3 cup RxSugar
Throw in organic chocolate chips if desired
Pour in oil sorted 9x9 pan
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
