Low Carb, Gluten Free, Blondies
This is a recipe I just recently discovered and I have to say it has become a favorite of ours.
Satisfies the sweet tooth but doesn't add on all the extra pounds ;) Plus it only takes about 25 minutes
This low carb, gluten free dessert will become a must have at all of your family gatherings

Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup RxSugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup softened butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup keto chocolate chips
*can add it other mix ins (nuts, seeds, ect)
Instructions
oven to 350 and spray 8x8 pan
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, and baking powder. Mix well
In a separate bowl, mix together RXSugar, eggs, softened butter, and vanilla.
Combine all ingrediens
Add in chocolate chips
Transfer to pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
